Polarity Therapy is a science of healing bridging allopathic and complementary medicine. Each patient or client is seen through a fully holistic lens. We understand that symptoms presenting in one area may have root causes in another.

Dr. Randolph Stone, the founder of Polarity Therapy, was a practicing osteopath and clinician from Chicago. He also studied the Vedas and was the disciple of a guru in Northern India. Polarity Therapy, named for its applied use of the electromagnetic field in healing, is a natural synthesis of his two areas of expertise. The electromagnetic field of the human body is measurable, mapped and significant when addressing the body-mind-spirit as a unified expression.

Polarity Therapy, as a complete system, forms the basis of our course. This includes hands on touch therapy, energy based yoga, counselling and nutrition. An embodied, somatic perspective imbues the training throughout. Core Shamanism is integrated into the curriculum.

Over the course of the year, students are held through their own deep process of healing. The work will open that which is hidden, move that which is stuck, and expand that which is closed. Students cannot help but be transformed. If you are passionate about living a life of service, living your best life, in full health and in creating best practice as we move into new models of healthcare, this is the training for you.

The Course

The programme offers:

200 hours of in person instruction
70 hours of clinical practice
35 case study supervisions
10+ hours of individual mentorship
90 hours of self directed study

What You Will Learn:

Over the course of the year, you will engage deeply with a variety of healing techniques and teachings, including:

Polarity Therapy: The science of energy healing that bridges allopathic and complementary medicine.
Five Elements: Exploring the natural forces that influence health and healing.
Counselling: Specific practices and guidelines including trauma informed approaches.
Yoga & Movement: Advanced practices to heal the body and enhance energy flow.
Nutrition & Cooking: Practical lessons on using food as medicine.
Core Shamanic Principles: Learn ancient methods of healing, ritual, and energy work.
Professional Ethics & Practice: Guidance on starting your own practice and serving clients ethically.

Course Materials

A full manual with readings, charts and exercises comes with the course. Over 25 maps of the anatomical and energy body are utilised within the training. Charts which detail movement and yoga portions add up to more than 60. Readings from both rare and established texts place our work within the broader fields.

Additional information and videos of class sessions are shared via group chat and as related to each person’s emerging areas of interest.

Accreditation

The course is accredited through the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

Upon completion you will hold the certifications of:

*Advanced Neutral-Space Relaxation Provider

*Associate Polarity Therapy Practitioner/Energy Principles Practitioner

You will be recognised internationally by Polarity Therapy Associations across the world.

You will be able to enrol in a number of professional associations.

Deposit: £300 to secure your place
Payment Plan: £345/month for 12 months after the deposit
Please note there are additional fees to cover residential accommodation. These will depend on the number of students enrolled and the venue we decide upon. For each residential intensives, the fee may vary and will be due one month prior to each in person session.
